Meet Jonathan Arditti, PsyD
Dr. Arditti is a licensed psychologist in California and Texas with over 15 years of experience in psychological evaluations, law enforcement consulting, and crisis intervention. He has conducted hundreds of pre-employment and fitness-for-duty evaluations for municipal, county, and state agencies, and continues to serve as a Supervising Psychologist with the LAPD Mental Evaluation Unit, leading field-based psychiatric outreach teams and advising command staff, clinicians, and tactical units during critical incidents.
His evaluations reflect full compliance with POST and TCOLE standards, informed by direct experience with peace officers, dispatchers, corrections personnel, and command leadership across multiple jurisdictions.
